Chocolate Truffles

Made some Chocolate Truffles for Christmas Eve celebration.

200g Hershey chocolate baking bar

100g Bulla original thick cream (double cream)

30g Butter

Honey/Sugar to taste

1) Finely chop chocolate bar to smaller chunks and put into a mixing bowl

2) Heat cream and butter in a small pot to simmer

3) Pour heated mixture into the mixing bowl and combine everything

4) Add honey/sugar to the mixture

5) Place mixture to the fridge to set

6) Prepare coating for the chocolates, in my case will be cocoa powder and crushed almonds. Both mixed with icing sugar

Ready to get dirty

7) Use a spoon or just use your hands to take some chocolate and shape it into a ball

8) Coat the ball in choice or coating
